About quest and server

Hi all

why sometimes the name of the quest for the class(Force balder, Warrior) (fjrfrom 1 to 11 CR) is lost?

And someone can tell me what file i must use(server and client) for have FULL Ep2 cabal? without new dungeons, sigmetal orihalcon bla bla bla.
