about server host location

i wanted to ask about server host location,i have players from asia and europe,i wanted to change my server host to netherland,is it possible from asia players gonna get lagg on game? or can anyone recommend me a best host server for asia and europe players that they wont get lagg issue on game.. thank you in advance!

I prefer Germany there is enough bandwidth rest of the world.

go for Germany, cabal doesn't use that many resources anyway, but having less lag is a big plus :P
