You are asking people to literally guess what the problem could be without giving any real info to help people understand what you have configured already. darkxl's sticky in the release section has settings which are a good balance for increased drops and if that setting doesn't work for you then you are going to have to start posting the bits you changed in const.scp so we can see what you have changed.
