Looks like your having problems connecting to your DB.

GlobalMgrSvr needs time of at least 14 sec in particular to start.

Check again if the firewall is stopped(or on w/ add rules) and named pipes/tcp/etc enabled(go to server configuration(mssql 20xx))

Looks like your having problems connecting to your DB.

GlobalMgrSvr needs time of at least 14 sec in particular to start.

Most likely you introduced a wrong password for user "sa"
