Not a permenant method no. You can see names for a few seconds when coming out of the warp room and GMs can see names but those are the only ways i know of.

Like the concept of Changing the Channel Names, you can.

Well yes if you start hacking the client you can but being able to see the names completely takes the point out of war channels.

There are only 2 ways to change the channel name. The first is memory patching but once we can finally secure the client that method won't work anymore (the method is the same way people are hacking the client now). The second is using a dll to replace the enc file encryption with a custom one like error's client sources posted here. Very good knowledge is needed to get that working though.
