Can u help me how to edit upgrade success rate..??

'cause my Cabal always get success 100% chance from 0 to +15..
that's really not challenge me..

i don't know where's file must be edited..

edit the 3rd and 4th numbres ^^ in ep8 it should have more lines for sure :) but yeah
