Assertion Problem

I got this error when trying to launch the server:

ACE_ASSERT: file WorldMgr.cpp, line 371 assertion failed for '0'.Aborting...

I've reinstalled CentOS 5.5 and cabal repack 2.81 twice and it's still the same error.

I searched the forums and tried to use cabal_dos2unix but it's still there. What is causing this problem? Please give me a solution if you know because I've spent a lot of time fixing this.
