Auth login delay

I am not sure if this was posted the proper way so check out my little problem.

I added the auth fix and i can login from 1 hit everytime.BUT,after a sum of players enter the server, +100 lets say,the login becomes a nightmare.they still can connect from first hit 1 but they must wait the bar to fully charge and sometimes the error that you failed to connect appears,that doesn't matter you can still connect like if you wait 5 minutes ..When this happens the ingame works good with the stash and guild exceptions.the guild appears lately and opening the stash takes a while.. Is there anything that i can do to this delay or i just have to get used to it... ?

how many channels are you running? are you using a router to redirect ports?

I have 3 channels but only 1 its populated.Anyways it does like that on the empty ones.And about the routers to be honest i don't know how the hosting company works

my server has this config:

xeon quad with 4gb rams and 1 TB hdd...

what would be the cause of the memory lack?

What's the upload speed and bandwidth like on your server?

i guess 100mbps.Yes i checked the pc seems to be fine.I did a test,if i remove the auth fix its not like that.Maybe because the fix connects to china....thats what i heard

sorry for double post please merge posts but i wanted to complete this topic no point of making another.

So i managed to observ the behaviour of this problem.If i restart the server no matter how many players enter for 30minutes the server works great.then the login delay ( push connect and you must wait 2,3minutes to connect ) appears.
