Auto give class rank

hello, i want to ask how can i give for eg. class rank 10 to every new character created ? btw im using chumpy's database and server repack 2.5

Basically you want to manually level a char, do quests, give gear and then use that char as a teamplate to use like this. Copy and paste into the newCharEtc_table,newCharFlag_table and newCharData_table in accountdb.You need one template char for each class though unless using it for testing ;)
