Here i am again. I am already set up all, but now i am have this problem. As i understood from your threads the version and magic keys conteins in mysql and loginsvr.ini So i matched version and keys but still got this problem. Another problem with cabal tools, on any action happends nothing. No changes in log too. Here is a screenshots.
Your cabalmain version and xdata magickey are still not matched in your database.
>> Look at your LoginSvr_01.log then find the actual "C" version and magickey
>> Go to Account>dbo.cabal_client_version_table then right click, select Edit Top xxx Rows
Cabalbalqtools, as it said that tool is NOT compatible with EP8. Go to releases section and download the Bega Admin Tool v2.30 by MOT7.
okay, with bega tools all works great. I did the changes you said but anyway still got this error. Some new screenshots here.
is it possible that cabalmain version writen incorrectly?
Hm, may be the things is that i am running cabal from another exe and it is possible that it has another version. Look where from i start it:

no released cabalmain with ver.90 unless you edit the version 374 by using reshack to ver.90. To get the version of cabalmain is >> right click the cabalmain, then click properties, click details tab. there you can see the version: looks like this 1.0.0.369 or 1.0.0.374.
the magickey you inputed in the database seems wrong. As i've said look at the logs>>> LoginSvr_01.log... there you can see the actual client magickey. that's probably started 593xxxx or 563xxxx.
you mean not LoginSvr_01.ini but LoginSvr_01.log there is 2 different files? because in LoginSvr_01.ini there is no actual client magickey. If yes so where's the LoginSvr_01.log?
i can not see any LoginSvr_01.log in my server files. i got only ini. I used search and there is not results
hehehe... it seems you did not spend so much time to find where the file is located. but anyway to make you satisfy here is the step by step guide: Go to /<root> directory in your winscp, open var folder >> open log folder >> open cabal folder. that's it.

can you give me a link for a full good client which you are using? because it's a madness to download it from deposit files or something like this, or can you better upload your client to the torrent? I will be very greatful.

suggestion:
1. have a copy of cabalmain ver 374. forum.ragezone.com/f459/cabalmain-v374-unpacked-bugs-909642/
2. update your loginsvr. from client_version=90 to client_version=374.
3. update your sql ACCOUNT dbo.cabal_client_version_table from 369 to 374.
4. lastly good luck, i know you could do it

another problem, if i will try to run game from the cabalmain(from your v374) game start to download original off.server updates and terminate version of cabalmain to 95
And, in LoginSvr.ini (not LoginSvr_01) i should write me client version and magic key too, there are a fields for this too (i already did that 2 days ago)

the v374 cabalmain of punky has data file check enabled that's why your enc files are corrupted files. you need to follow his tutorial on how to disable the file check.yes, here is it...
put the 374 version in our database. nevermind the value in LoginSvr.ini, magickey and client version is not used in ep8. your magickey can be found in xdata.enc.
one question, how to open xdata.enc?
and i've done disable file check but still got this, please give me the clean cabal main and discribe how to open xdata.enc. Thank you.
Anyway i think my client kinda broken :\ just my opinion
