I think that has to move to the Cabal Help section. Your question is not that easy to anwers. Since ppl have different opinions to that topic. I would recommend to look to some popular cabal servers on xtreme top and try out their rates .

How do you really define easy medium and hard..

You can try the stock rates of toast's multiple.scp and is advertised as medium rate in many servers. But it does really depend on you, you will eventually tweak those rates to suit what you call easy, medium and hard.

hi i also have the same problem with this anyway can you help me with my problem rosfrei? im making cabal offline but i goes some error in my works -_-
