Cabal Server

hey guys i am beginner in server development i wanna make a cabal server can any one pls guide me and is it possible playing without internet using server files as offline???? pls help

The first thing i would suggest is a bit of a browse around the cabal sections until you know where everything is as help requests should go in the help section and you completely missed the "releases" section. There is also a sticky in the help section that answers your question which is definitely where you shoudl look next ;)

You can do everything you asked and everything you need is in the releases section. The files in darkxl's sticky are the original files and my server repack and guides are aimed specifically at people who aren't already fairly experienced at private servers.
