Cabal Server in W7 x64

Hello ragezoners, i'm here with a problem that some friends
told me that i would have soon or later...

I've started doing cabal servers since ep 2 , but never asked myself why i don't develop things for forums or my own server ... Just created some servers for having fun at home .

Then , these days i resolved to try creating another server here in my house , in fact i did it, but i'm still having problems to connect it ( i'm using W7 x64 bits )

After reaching connection of the server with the database , i pretended to create an account for log into the server , but in the editor i couldn't reach conections ...
then i was like "what's this"?

In the first time that i created a cabal serv i remember using the md5 on the windows directory, never cared about what it does ... this time i didn't used it cuz my friends told me it wouldn't work and i think there is the problem

Can anybody help me with that ? I really don't know how to proceed now.
