Cabal server version

Hi all,

My question may sounds stupid but I really don't understand something :

As I read carrefully and everything I understood that abviously 2.81 Christmas is the last server release and there may not be other one.
The thing is that the client I have for this version looks so old and horrible.

My question is, is there a way to have 4 rings, and a looking like version ? I see some people released Ep4 buffs with client/server files.

Could you tell me if it's possible to have a private server looking more like the official looks now. If it's possible could someone help me :D
