Cabal tools error

got this error in cabal tools:

2013-05-29 @ 19:41:26 : com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The TCP/IP connection to the host 192.168.1.38, port 1433 has failed. Error: Connection refused: connect. Please verify the connection properties and check that a SQL Server instance is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port, and that no firewall is blocking TCP connections to the port.

I knew there is the same topic about this, but i am not really find answers there. So help me please anyone

what is your sql server ip?

actually 192.168.1.38, but i can check it, say me how can i know it for sure

you have to find your sql/database ip. this your computer that contains the sql, ussually this the main computer. virtual machine is a diffrent thing. how to find your sql ip, go to network connection, right click icon and choose status and click details, or you could type in CMD and type ipconfig /all the upper most portion is the ussual ip of your computer.

CabalToolsBalq - Download - 4shared. this is not my cabal tools i just download and update the item list on it. note only the item tab is usable. the previous cabal tools for ep2 is not 100% working on cabalep8. gona sleep now

this is from your tools. Actually i do not have a linked server, because when i tryed to create it it was an error and one man sayed me that i do not need it, so may be this is a problem?

my CentOS can't onnect to mysql server too, i can find a problem. tcp/ip enabled, all set up right, help)

today i rtyed to create linked server again and it's worked! I don't know why really. Now when i am trying to do some actions in cabal tools..iit's do nothing...i just push the button and nothing happening, no reports in log. What is this?

today i rtyed to create linked server again and it's worked! I don't know why really. Now when i am trying to do some actions in cabal tools..iit's do nothing...i just push the button and nothing happening, no reports in log. What is this?

your using a different cabal main check data from account database cabal_client_version_table. verify if your using 369 or 374 client version of cabalmain.exe also check your LoginSvr_01.ini for client version synchronization. also check magic key

if your not sure of your cabalmain. just upgrade it to 374, its much better. follow the guide above by punks7yle
