When i config cabal toolz to this settings

$_config['db_type'] = 'mssql';
$_config['db_host'] = "41.xxx.xxx.xxx";
$_config['db_user'] = "sa";
$_config['db_pass'] = "pass";

I get "Unable to connect!"

and with this settings it works

$_config['db_type'] = 'mssql';
$_config['db_host'] = "192.168.1.xx";
$_config['db_user'] = "sa";
$_config['db_pass'] = "pass";

So what is your problem?

A lot of routers don't support loopback when using your WAN IP. Why would you even need to do this if you're inside the same network as the server? It doesn't make sense...
