CabalMain.exe Language change
So I've looked to xdata.enc and I found interesting lines like:
Where you can see the whole portuguese folder ( language linked to main )
So Im wondering is it possible to change it ?
I've tryed to change the directory of the files but it didnt helped me
Any Ideas?
Because also you need to find address in cabalmain to change the language type in order to get this working.
And its probably the hardest part isnt it :D?

even if you change the directory in xdata the cabalmain uses the portuguese directory. you can easily change the language if you replace the files inside the portuguese folder. but the craft prefix problem stay with this method

e.g i have used the german language files from cabal eu ep 8 client. replace them, set version index from 2 to 3 and then add the new hashes into xdata or edit the cabalmain to skip the file checks
file: mainEX.dat, offset: 0x75 .... that's the switch, change it and check what cabalmain does with it :P gl :D btw you CAN load files that are NOT added in xdata hash list :P
Unfortunately, even if altered, the value switches from your changed value back to 0x6 upon CabalMain loadup (I assume the file is being rewritten every time the process is opened, which means it's most likely hardcoded somewhere.)Originally Posted by x30unlimited

Im not moved craft name, but changed language code in cabalmain from 6 (Portuguese) to 2 (English).
This use english folder in Data\language no portuguese.

yeah, but need to change cabalmain offsets for use English code, if not change this u cannot use code 2 in mainex.dat... always value change back to 6 when start cabalmain.

Im used this guide to search offsets in EP6 cabalmain v46 and when found it tried to search offsets in 374 with compare code, not easy but possible...

Native 374 with removed enc check and changed language code. Rename or copy our portuguese folder to english.

search constant will do the trick!
search 6 in constant
and look in the result something like *+75],6 then change 6 to 2
