cabalmain.exe+no XTap

can someone give me a cabalmain.exe with no XTrap (not how to make it)

because my test server cannot run anymore, i call cabalmain.exe but XTrap stop at step 1, and i don't want to test Xtrap now.

i modify many of enc files, i want to test only in my computer without to connect to internet.

(i want to test with smallest condition 1 computer+hub)

my own collection is damage because Hard drive fail.
