I put CabalToolz 3 script in my webserver xampp, but it cannot connect to the db, cant open the user cp etc. despite I edited the config.php file properly. Can anyone give me a guide on how to install it?

What errors are you getting?
No errors, It says page doesnt exists with usercp.php, and i think it cannot connect to the backend.
maybe sir check the configuration of config.php ...
