hmm..i wonder..does at RageZone has the latest Web FOr Cabal private server..coz i dun know how to do..i only understand making server..

you can use cabaltoolz...

There is no "latest web". You must understand that server admins usually don't release their websites as they won't spend a lot of time writing a nice unique website for their server and then just hand it to everyone else for free. There are a few here who have released sites though and cabaltoolz has the most features.
