All I can tell both of you based off of what you have given me is that both of you have something wrong with your connection to DB2 (a.k.a. GAMEDB) that connection problem is of course related to why you cannot load heroes information in UserCP and also in the Rankings, now I do not know if it is only your website coding or if it is your database security settings, but you will want to double check and make sure first that your website is trying to connect properly by looking at the backend/config.php and other related files. Then you will want last to look at your database since I am assuming that both of you have been running a game server no problem, which means more than likely it's not the database.
yes but config.php is corectly edited
same for me... my config.php should be configured correctly... i can log in my admincp... but dunno why rankings does not show anything while user cp has that error...

I was using a different utility to host my web server so i switched to the one that you two are using and have had no problems myself. One thing you can try while I see if I can replicate your issue is to use the attached backend.zip to check with or replace your current files maybe it will help. Otherwise like I said I will try and replicate your issue to find out exactly what it is.
ooo... when i use urs as a backend... registration n userpanel works.. but it seems like im the only one who is able to see it when i go to the website... others cant... any idea wat i should do?... the ip i have already change to the ip of where my mssql is...
