    Welcome to Ragezone :D

    There is not much i can use in that file, sorry.

    Look in /var/log/cabal for logs and /etc/cabal for config files and documentation. If you use my server files the "cabalhelp" command in the centos terminal also has useful information ;)

    /root/var/log/cabal

    The log files are there, without them we can't determine what the problem is.

    The most popular guides can be found on my collection post in my sig.

    Try opening a terminal or using putty to run "service start cabal" on centos to make sure the services sre started. Also in winscp try right-clicking that cabal folder in /var/log, select properties and make sure it's permissions are 0777 as cabal could be blocked from writing there (shouldn't happen on my files as caba_config checks this).
