I am trying to create CABAL server but since I can't understand the languages what is it so, I am unable to complete the total setup..

We can`t help you since we don`t understanding the chinese language,and is chinese because your windows language is chinese,so change it to english to can create the database

Even Me too can't understand whats this, So can u tell me how to change language of my Windows.

Can I use SQL 2000 and MS SQL 2000 SP3 instead of this 2005 ??

Yes of course you can use the 2000 version,but I still recomand 2005 version and in what language is your windows?
