Ok let's do it like this:
Open LoginSvr_01.ini and serach for NormalClientMagicKey and set it equal to "693957823"
Then go to database -> Account -> dbo.client_auth_table and set Magickey equal to "693957823"
Restart cabal service and try login :)
Should work.
