Maybe a noob question but i want know if we can change the description of this for ex:

It is possible but it will take some work. We know what all but the first 2 under the Multiple_Base section do anyway.

The gibberish there looks like it has been converted from the Chinese codepage to ANSI or similar so to attempt any kind of translation it needs converting back into proper Chinese.
