I was hoping somebody could tell me where the name filter is stored?
My wife wants to use her usual name, Lessime, but it says that name cannot be used...
Also, I wouldn't mind knowing where to go to change it manually (and if I need to change it anywhere else), so being told that would be much appreciated! :)
Nothing more funny than a person running a gaming network and not knowing how to use his own database...
GameDB -> cabal_character_table.
klog.enc has the filters, you can edit the name via DB like how extornia pointed above or send yourself a Rename Card.

Decompress with this, edit it with notepad, if you wish, recompress it with the same tool.

Please try to be a little more tolerant of other people's lack of knowledge...try to remember we were ALL new at this at one time in our days.....be considerate and help him...as others have done for you before
The problem is NOT in the DB as was pointed out above me....the problem is the filter in klog.enc
The game thinks she is "including" the word "Les" in her name making it non usable....go to klog.enc....clear it...even better, give me like 5 minutes...and I will be back with a link for a non filter klog.dec, it will be up to you to compress it to a .enc with a tool....but it is clean and clear....you can say fuck, shit, umm yea....use your imagination for the rest...
