Can't buy Skills

Good day.

I have a problem with the purchase of skills, I can not buy the two skills that I attach.




When I accept the purchase it does not go to my inventory; but, I have already learned the skills by other methods and they work.

Does anyone know why it may be happening? Thank you.

its on your server side cabal folder Data/Data_World
