Can't create char..

I have try to make the reset sistem and something gone wrong coz now i can't make new char...i don't know what to do and what more info to put here
I'm using sql 2000 expres edition

EDIT:Problem solved!
Another question...i cand finde where to set the points/lvl....i whant more then 5 points and i can't finde the place in server files

The points per level chan't be changed yet as it relies on values in the enc files which we can't edit :(

not only that chumpy, the server sends the count to the client, so it`s hardcoded into the server too.
