Can't drop items - I've read the EP8 ERRORS & FIXES

Please help i can't drop items it says "Your character cannot use the function."

I've read the EP8 ERRORS & FIXES but the item.scp file is already fixed.
i'm using toast repack and TGCabalEP8.

The item.scp is obviously not fixed if you can't drop, or you didn't restart the channel after you made the changes

this is toast's repack. it doesn't contain a duplicated item.scp.

i've already restarted the server server times. still can't drop items. :/

Check the scp's value in field Property , is it 0 ? if not set it to 0 for all the items in the file.

it's set to 1. uhmmm? am i gonna do it manually for all 3,000+ lines? is there an easy way? O.o

Made sweetscape macro, I don't have my pc near me but when I back to home I can write for you function to change the values on all records.
But better use other files if you have such bugs.
Also make sure if this resolve your problem.. :)

ok. thank you. btw is this gonna work? i've recently deleted my centos server because it's giving me an error when starting the cabal server so i'm gonna restart the process. here's the raw item.scp that can be found inside the repack. hope it'll gonna work and won't give me an error :P

Edit the property value yourself ?
