    Centos crash problem

    Hello

I have the problem from centos. The connection rains me 5.1 and reset during the test of starting with the server through remote desk top after the installation of the version. One will not even give to make reboot by the administrative panel the only exit there is re - installation windows.

    I use VMware Workstation 5.5 Build 18463 for Windows 2000 \ XP
We have on the server Windows 2003 Standart Edition 32bit, can he so happen by VMware ? If so I ask me this for the application the version for my windows.

Try using the 'FREE' version of VMWARE Server. Because this ironed out loads of problems and issues I had with using workstation.

    Re: Centos crash problem

been looking for this...if it works; i'll report the result.

    EDIT:
Work great!, but it did consume a heck of 2GBram... Slow my pc to the bottom of it's knee... When Centos finally up running; then it uses less memory...
