Okay i am from Singapore and i dont have static IP. Hence, i need to use Hamachi. By doing so, i dont know what ip to put in centos and then what ip to use for primary name server. The ips that i use dont allow me to connect to WINSCP. which i cannot follow the video guide of FIX after the middle of the part 2 video. i really need help with the ip to put on centos and the after parts. in configuring my server. Anyone please help me. Im an idiot at using command prompt and i really got no idea about pinging ><
*New Okay ive decided to run on Lan since i can make do with my dynamic ip, But how exactly can i go about making it a lan connection?

Re: Centos! Cypher!! Chumpy!!
First thing, cabal is not a quick or simple game server to set up unless you already have all of the skills already (linux, mssql, good knowledge of running mmos etc). Be patient as learning this is probably going to hurt.
Second thing, read everything in my sig. If you had then my networking guide would have explained the differences between different networks and which ip addresses to use to listen on different networks. My sig is where i put everything (well what i have written down) that you should know to run a server and i update it a lot.
If you are using vmware the first thing you are going to have t learn is networking and how to test you have connectivity between the computers involved using port checks and pings. Until the server can connect to the db and the clients (internal and external) can connect to centos nothing is going to work right.
Post your ipconfig and ifconfig (read my networking guide).
