CentOS Error in VMWare..

Whats the problem here? I did not do anything!

I just turned on my computer today, tried to opne CentOS in VMWare, and then this!...

Anyone know the problem? :D

I did not. I did not do anything that would delete it, the day before. I just powered off the VM, shtdown my comp, and next day, not workin..

How is that possible? I did the same thing, I always do when I shut it down.. And I havent got this problem before..
