Change Grade to the Scroll Bike

how can i change degree of scroll in RW3 should it be Bike Option Scroll (High) instead and Medium?

This can be changed in item.scp and item.dec / you need to put let's say grade 1 in the bike and in the scroll grade also 1 / EnchantCodeLnk for scrolls and stones this is up to what grade they will work let's say 1 grade and 7 EnchantCodeLnk then the scroll will work from 1 to 7 ( sorry my English)
