change npc for quest

hi all
tell me pls, how i can change npc for quest?
in quest tower of sage divide in one release, in script and scriptnsg.enc settet to npc 29.38(black bard) when warp into dung, stay capitan mark(29,4) and not have any quest

how i can change this npc 29,4 to 29,38? and where in server and client??

look Quest numer in cabal_msg.dec and go to cabal.dec and find the numer Quest if u change this
just go to server side and Quest.scp and find the number Quest and change this like cabal.dec.

map 29 NPC 4

in NPC u have all NPC what u nees just need to change NPC
if u dont have the NPC just add them

Dingeon ID=249,Quest ID=523, i set alraedy npc to 29,38, npc29_0038 in server and client.... but capitan mark just stay... he not change to Black Bard...
maybe need something doing in script.enc?
