Warps and things like that have the data stored in both the server data and the client enc files. If either values don't match then you start getting d/c problems.
If your enc files don't match the server it will cause these problems and people don't seem to realise that the server simply cannot support every set of enc files out there as each vartiant (EU/US/PH etc) are all slightly different.
Use Lost-Spirit's latest fixes in the releases section (both client and server) and any bugs that appear in that set then report the exact quest name and the exact warp in a post and i can fix it. I am using this patch as the "main" set where all my fixes will go. Any other enc files will cause problems.
