Client late to much for conected

Hi i need some help my server is running but when the player conecto to login the server show the server name and the channel, when te user select the channel they make like conect but no conect, if i try 4 times i can conect, i have error just in one of log in GlobalMgrSvr, that is the followin

You have installed old files that have the login bug. Look for my v2.5 repack in my sig and upgrade the server.
