Client Link MIA?

So while I wait for the PITA RapidShare to let me try the client posted here, I wish to inquire about another client link I've seen around:

The gamershell link- given here by chumpy- points me to "an updated version of this file" which is a ep3 client (and useless I think) rather than allowing me to download the file intended claiming: "Sorry, there are no mirrors available for this file in your area yet.". Is there another mirror or alternate client I could use which doesn't require 6 hours to download?

Scan and validate the content.
Coz it uploaded like 7MB per sec, which far by being my upload speed.

Megaupload must be using some sort of share the already existing file instead of up again.

Sorry if I have wasted your time, but I have suspended my attempts at a Cabal PersonalServer for the time being. It looks legit to me ntl (file size matches), so pray your effort (though apparently a bit assisted, ha!) can help someone else.
