completer skills get buged...it dont atack propely ..when it cast completer skill is dont cast normaly..and dont have cast time...i mean i can cast for exemple seismic wave and whirelewind in same time...and completer skills breaks combo..i use use chumpy server repack v2.55..how can i fix this bug??
you are using wrong client. Get OGPlanet client without updating it.

Ive faced that problem in my server as well, some people complained about completer skill not working and it turned out that every one of theme were using fully updated EU or US client. if they want you down they can take you down. If you look in the announcements of cabal section you will understand. If estsoft want`s they will prosecute your server and you will end up with a fine and maybe jail.

hey also dont play in the server. try to use a different computer so you wont experience bug and only use plain OG planet with no updates.
damit..so i cant public my server??? :((( ..i see a lot of private server..my server dont cantain cabal in website name ..i dont sell anything is only a free play...what should i do,public server or not?
There are many public servers and i have yet to hear of anyone getting prosecuted for running a cabal server.
When the files first leaked that was the point where EST had the best shot of killing pservers fr good as there were very few servers and so not as many people to prosecute. The reason the first thing i did was make the server easy to install was to get as many servrs up as quickly as possible. Safety in numbers, EST isn't that big and doesn't have the money to prosecute us all.
EST is probably not that concerned as they know we aren't taking business away from them as our servers are older and don't have all of the latest features. We also have security problems they don't.
If they do eventually go after servers you can guarantee it will be the really big ones that accept donations as they very fact they accept donations is the difference between "having a quick experiment" and "profiteering" in the eyes of the law in most countries. This is why i never accept donations ;)
so if i dont accept donations ,i dont sell, i can public the server ?? :D (i dont wanna go to jail :D)

You can make the server public anyway as EST are not chasing people. Most servers accept donatioms so even that doesn't really matter.
