Config IP free in host server!

I have a simple means difficulty related to the IP address.

I hired a dedicated, And it has more than 1 ip, 1 ip pro bank and 1 ip to server
The problem is that in virtualbox,'re not generating this IP is not having the internet connection
I've tried make manual settings on own virtualbox, ip adress, dns, and yielded nothing
are in Bridge mode!
I wonder what I can do about it? I'm a little lost..
