Connecting server always fail

Hello all,i have a problem,i installed my server and everything necesary for that to can be runned.
DB Connects are successfuly
When i try to connect to my server with ip of my centos in language.enc from client,i fail to connect,i already checked my logs,all errors what i see in my logs are this:

[Sun Oct  9 2011 07:28:48.064177 4082160]: [##ERROR##] connect 127.0.0.1:38170 fail
[Sun Oct  9 2011 07:28:52.316922 4082160]: [##ERROR##] remoteAddr(127.0.0.1), connectRetryNum_(8,0), serverAddr(127.0.0.1:38190)

I always get this error to all ports.

I don't know what i have to anymore to solve that , when i try to connect with gmtools is working,to search accounts,to register account and anything also.
Please i need help.
