Cooldown bugs on buffs.

Ok, so we had this problem on a old private server i was a admin on.

I fixed it but this was over a year ago..

Now i can't remember how to do it >_<

So, i'm wondering if anyone else has/had this same bug on their cabal server.

Basically, when players use skills and die, the skills don't come off cooldown like they should do, it keeps counting the time, they have to relog to be able to use their buffs again.

If anyone knows a way to fix this, please reply asap

use internal.txt instead of language.enc

This is normal and retail. Skill's cooldown only reset if client is in Test Mode.
