craft Item stats from npc

Hello
i need to know how to setting stats for equipment drop randomly from chest or get from quest?
like megarph ring or killian ring.. i need to know optionID for that item since the stat is not from slot they got many craft stat..

The easiest way to find it in QuestReward.scp. Search merga ring ID and may you find the option id too!

example for merga ring:
1642 339 0 ????? 7 0 526491 9540248 0
