ok, i create my own cabal server (only for home tests)
server working (all ok)

but i have a little problem - where and how create players account ?

and next little question: is the possibility create cabal server on the Internet at some hosting (my computer is a little too weak to start virtual machines and cabal client ?

For creating accounts check the FAQ sticky in this section. My GM tools can create accounts and there is also a manual method to creating the accounts in the database directly.

You can host a server but you would need to rent a dedicated server as you still need windows and centos on one big machine (or better yet 2) with direct access. You can't host it from simple webspace or anything like that.
