Create new nation in database

Hi guys,i want to ask if is possible to create new nation in database like GA nation with some commands not full like gm,and if is ,can give some hints? xD

possible but not only DB, you have to work with client/server binaries too

Well, wrong section :)

But, is possible if we were able to edit the cabal services files. As we dont, i think we will not have this so soon.
