How to edit item with 1 2 empty or improved 3 4 slot, I looked at tutorial ones more I did not understand, somebody can speak to me as I make this in the case a sword of mitrhil with 4 slot? Or one of 4 osmio slot? how I make the calculations of item opt this that I did not understand?

If you didn't understand how the binary works then you won't be able to do this. All i can suggest is using the item creator in cabaltoolz (in the release section) as creating items like this is not an easy job at all.
