Dash/Blink in city ?

Is it possible to enable dashing/blinking in city like it is on a War channel ?

Maybe it's not really needed, but I got used to dashing in city on official Cabal and when I try to do that on normal channel in my server it's kinda weird xD

I couldn't find any info about that on forum/google so I made a new thread..

It is, yes, but you'll need to wait for me to add BMP -> MCL support to TMapConverter.
