did you tried on another browser?such as firefox?

If you had searched and found the hundreds of other topics about this problem you would know that we cannot help you without knowing what the error is, and it is hiding the error. Enable logging errors to file in php.ini and tell us what the error is. If you don't know how to do this please google it.

Follow that post and you should be able to get it working.
