This is a know private server bug for cabal. I have seen mention of it before.

From what i have seen it is something to do with 1 person putting something in storage and using a different char to take it out. This has to be done whilst the 1st person still has the inventory/warehouse screen open or something like that. I didn't really pay too much attetion to it at the time and i can't find the info now. Hope it helps a bit.
