EC looting extract potions

Hello,
I am able to loot one extract potion, however when i try to pick up another(same) i get dc with Error Code.

This is what's in log:

I've checked that option it shows and i have in settings everywhere 1, not 0 as it says. Any idea for this bug? And what's that 'CIDX(24)'?
