edit the .ebs format image

how to properly convert .ebs file format ?? because I want to change or edit the .ebs format image, what software should be used to edit the .ebs format.

Open the file using the 010 editor - EBS template, in the struct Texture block, select the ubyte data, then select "Save Selection" from the File menu and save the data in the dds format.
Then edit the dds texture in a graphical editor and paste the changed data back into the file (if the size of your texture changes, you will need to specify the new size in uint size).
